Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Our experienced instructor is able to adapt each pose to accommodate everyone.
Amanda has been instructing for over 15 years and is very experienced within the retreat environment. She always adapts each class to accommodate the levels participating with ease and flow.
Most of our guests are solo travellers who often leave Bali Lifestyle and Fitness Retreats with a new group of friends from all around the world. This is part of the fun of being part of a retreat. Who you meet and share your experience with. You can choose to share a room with another guest or your own private room. Choose what pleases you the most on the registration page.
Majority of our guests’ age ranges from early 20’s to mid 50’s. Women from all over the world. This diversity truly adds to your experience.
The schedule for the week offers time to relax twice a day. Mid retreat the schedule offers time to head out and explore a part of Bali but if you wish to have more time to explore “The Island of the Gods” we recommend staying 2 – 4 days longer than the retreats 6 days.
Bali’s climate is tropical, casual is the best option.
So choose cotton clothes you can be active and comfortable in.
Sportswear and sports shoes.
One nice casual outfit for the night we dine out.
Summer shoes are best.
Power adaptors are available in Bali if you don’t already have one.
